§3804 Coordination with other Federal departments and agencies

Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 64— - METHANE TRANSPORTATION RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND DEMONSTRATION › § 3804

Last updated Apr 6, 2026|Official source

Summary

The Secretary must, as much as possible, make sure the program's work is coordinated with the Department of Energy and other federal agencies. Executive branch agencies must consider written requests from the Secretary, a designated program head, or an agency partner to give paid help needed to run the program. That help can include transferring employees who agree, without hurting their job status or rating.
