The Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee must act to cut down overlap and improve how export help is run. It must report on steps taken or underway to end duplicate federal export programs, help arrange or promote trade shows and fairs, work with State and national groups (including the National Governors’ Association) that run trade offices, and report on ways State, Federal, and private export programs can better coordinate (like sharing space, splitting costs, and sharing market research).
