Defines three terms used here. "Export trade" means only goods sent or in the process of being sent from the United States or its Territories to foreign countries, and it does not include making, manufacturing, or selling those goods inside the United States. "Trade within the United States" means commerce among the States, the Territories, and the District of Columbia. "Association" means any corporation or any agreement or combination of two or more people, partnerships, or corporations.
