Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 2— - FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION; PROMOTION OF EXPORT TRADE AND PREVENTION OF UNFAIR METHODS OF COMPETITION › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER II— - PROMOTION OF EXPORT TRADE › § 62
Says a group formed only to sell goods abroad, and its deals or actions that only involve exporting, are not treated as illegal under the Sherman Act if they do not stop or limit trade inside the United States or block a U.S. competitor’s exports. The group must not, anywhere, agree or act to fake or force U.S. prices up or down for the goods they export, or do things that greatly reduce competition or otherwise limit trade in the United States.
