Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 14A— - AID TO SMALL BUSINESS › § 642
No loan, equipment, facilities, or services from the Administration will be provided to a business unless its owners, partners, or officers do three things. They must tell the Administration the names of any attorneys, agents, or other people hired to speed up applications, and the fees paid or to be paid to them. They must sign an agreement saying that for two years after help is given the business will not hire, give a job to, or keep for paid professional work anyone who, on the day help was given or within one year before that, worked for the Administration in a job that involved discretionary decisions about giving assistance. They must also give the names of lenders they applied to, with dates, amounts, loan terms, and proof that those lenders refused the loan.
