Each year the Administrator of the Small Business Administration must send a report to the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship and the House Committee on Small Business about suspension and debarment actions taken in the previous year. The report must say five things for that year: how many contractors were proposed for suspension or debarment; which federal office started each proposal; the reason for each proposal; how each proposal ended and why; and how many suspensions or debarments were sent to the SBA Inspector General, another agency, or the Attorney General (the Administrator may hide names or other details to protect active investigations).
