Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 14A— - AID TO SMALL BUSINESS › § 657i
The Administrator must make the Administration’s disaster aid programs work closely with FEMA’s programs as much as possible. Working with FEMA’s head, the Administrator must make rules so each disaster aid application is sent quickly to the Administration or to the right federal agency. The first rules must be finished within 270 days after the Small Business Disaster Response and Loan Improvements Act of 2008 became law. The rules must be updated every year. The Administrator must include a report about these rules whenever the Administration files its required report under the law.
