Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 14A— - AID TO SMALL BUSINESS › § 657l
Make and keep a written disaster response plan. For each region, list likely disasters and, for each one, assess the hazard, the expected demand for agency help, the resources the agency will need (IT, telecom, staff, office space), and how the agency will coordinate with federal, state, and local authorities. Finish the first plan within 180 days after enactment. Update it yearly and after any major disaster that triggers section 636(b)(9). Assign a person with substantial disaster‑readiness knowledge to run it and report on it when filing the report required by section 657o.
