The Investment Division of the Small Business Administration will order exams of every New Markets Venture Capital company that joins the program. The SBA can use a qualified private company to help carry out those exams. The SBA may charge the company for the exam costs, including pay for the examiners, and the company must pay those charges. Money collected this way goes into the SBA’s salaries and expenses account.
