Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 15B— - NATURAL GAS › § 717i
Natural-gas companies must file yearly and other special reports with the Commission in the form the Commission sets. The reports can ask for specific answers and may cover many things, such as what the company owns and owes, its capital and investments, income and interest, loss of value and reserve funds, costs to build, run, maintain, replace, transport, deliver, and sell natural gas. Reports must be sworn unless the Commission says otherwise. It is illegal for a company to on purpose block, delay, or hide any required records or reports.
