§7309 National Institute of Standards and Technology annual report

Summary

By February 15 each year, the Director must send a report to the Committee on Science of the House of Representatives and to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate. The report must give a short summary of the Teams’ investigations from the prior fiscal year; a summary of recommendations the Teams made in reports under section 7307 and how much those recommendations have been put into effect; and a description of what NIST did in the prior fiscal year to improve building safety and structural integrity in response to those reports.
