Each SIPC member must give its examining authority, or a collection agent if one is named under section 78iii(a), the information SIPC needs to make assessments under section 78ddd. That includes data on securities revenues, transactions, customer accounts, net capital, and other business activities. The examining authority or agent must send all or part of that information to SIPC as SIPC requires by bylaw or rule. Nothing filed here is treated as filed under section 78r.
