Title 15 › Chapter CHAPTER 113— - CONCRETE MASONRY PRODUCTS RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND PROMOTION › § 8701
Allows a program to be set up, funded, and run for ongoing research, education, promotion, and market work (including marketing and market research) to strengthen the makers of concrete masonry products, grow and find new markets and uses, and encourage their use in building. It cannot control how much is produced or stop anyone from making these products.
