§9712 Availability to the public of flood-related data

The Administrator must post flood-related data on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration website. The Administrator may make that data free or charge no more than the cost to prepare it.

(a)The Administrator shall make flood-related data available to the public on the website of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
(b)The Administrator may make the data under subsection (a) freely accessible or available at a cost that does not exceed the cost of preparing the data.
