§1421g Authorization of appropriations

For fiscal years 2023–2028, money is allowed: $250,000 per year to the Secretary for this subchapter (excluding sections 1421d and 1421f), $250,000 per year for section 1421f, and $500,000 per year to the Fund.

There is authorized to be appropriated—
(1)to the Secretary for carrying out this subchapter (other than section 1421d and 1421f of this title) $250,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2028;
(2)to the Secretary for carrying out section 1421f of this title, $250,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2028; and
(3)to the Fund, $500,000 for for 11 So in original. each of fiscal years 2023 through 2028.
