§1423h Authorization of appropriations

Provides money for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010. It gives $1,000,000 each year for the Secretary to do the work under the subchapter and the Agreement, $150,000 each year for the Secretary to handle United States Section duties, and $150,000 each year for work in Alaska under the subchapter and the Agreement.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the functions and responsibilities of the Secretary under this subchapter and the Agreement $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
(b)There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out functions and responsibilities of the United States section 11 So in original. Probably should not be capitalized. $150,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
(c)There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this subchapter and the Agreement in Alaska $150,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
