Summary

Gives the Secretary money to run the programs in this chapter: $32,000,000 for fiscal year 2001, $34,000,000 for fiscal year 2002, $36,000,000 for fiscal year 2003, $38,000,000 for fiscal year 2004, and $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2005. It also provides $6,000,000 each year for fiscal years 2001 through 2005 for construction projects at national marine sanctuaries.

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—

(1)to carry out this chapter—

(A)$32,000,000 for fiscal year 2001;

(B)$34,000,000 for fiscal year 2002;

(C)$36,000,000 for fiscal year 2003;

(D)$38,000,000 for fiscal year 2004;

(E)$40,000,000 for fiscal year 2005; and

(2)for construction projects at national marine sanctuaries, $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.
