The Secretary of the Interior may acquire any land, buildings, interests, or other property owned by Montana inside Glacier National Park. Montana may convey those properties to the United States without following section 11 of the Act approved February 22, 1889 (25 Stat. 676). The Secretary decides the payment and may act when he believes it serves the best interests of the United States.
