For land swaps under subdivision (2) of section 164 of this title, the Secretary of the Interior will decide how to figure the value of any patented private lands inside Glacier National Park, including the timber on them, and the value of the federal lands offered in exchange. Owners of those private lands must give the Secretary proof they own the land that he accepts before any swap is final. Any land given to the Government this way becomes and remains part of Glacier National Park.
