§207 Exchange of certain lands; adjustment of boundary

Summary

Allows the Secretary of the Interior to swap land. The United States may take full ownership of 10 acres next to Lassen Volcanic National Park (west half west half northwest quarter northeast quarter, section 30, township 30 north, range 6 east, Mount Diablo base and meridian) and give the owner 10 acres inside the park (southwest quarter northeast quarter northeast quarter, same section, township, and range). The land the U.S. gets becomes part of the park when accepted and follows park rules, and the land given to the owner is removed from the park when ownership is granted.
