Give the Secretary of the Interior exclusive control of Yellowstone and require the Secretary to quickly make and publish rules to manage and protect it. The rules must preserve timber, mineral deposits, and natural wonders in their natural state. The Secretary may lease small plots for visitor buildings for up to 10 years and must spend lease money and other park income on park care and roads. He must stop commercial killing of fish and game and remove trespassers.
