Allows the owner of certain land inside Grand Canyon National Park to give that land to the United States and get other Government land in return. The owner’s land includes the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of section 17 (40 acres, more or less) and part of lot 2 of section 17 (eight and nine-tenths acres, more or less). The owner may transfer full ownership of those parcels to the United States. In exchange, the owner may select Government land described in the law that contains twenty-five and eight-tenths acres, more or less. The Secretary of the Interior must accept a properly signed deed from the owner and then issue a Government deed (patent) to the owner for the selected land. Land given by the owner becomes part of Grand Canyon National Park and must follow park laws and rules.
