Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 44A— - ANTARCTIC MARINE LIVING RESOURCES CONVENTION › § 2435
You must not harvest or do other activities that break the Convention or U.S. conservation rules under Article IX. You must not break any regulation made under this law. You may not move, sell, buy, import, export, or keep any Antarctic marine living resource (or part of one) that was taken in violation of those conservation measures or regulations. This rule applies no matter who caught it or what vessel was used. You must let authorized U.S. officers board U.S. or U.S.-jurisdiction vessels for searches, inspections, or investigations to enforce these rules. It is illegal to refuse boarding, to attack or block an officer, to resist a lawful arrest or detention for these offenses, or to help someone avoid being caught if you know they broke these rules.
