The Secretary of the Interior may buy or take by eminent domain certain parcels to add to Theodore Roosevelt National Park: lots 6 and 7 in section 33, township 144 north, range 102 west; the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 32, township 144 north, range 102 west; lots 4 and 5 in section 4, township 143 north, range 102 west; and the parts of lot 1 and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 5, township 143 north, range 102 west, that lie north and east of a diagonal line from the northwest corner of lot 1 to the southeast corner of that quarter‑quarter. He may rebuild on that land the log ranch house (30 by 60 feet), a log blacksmith shop (16 by 20 feet), one log stable (16 by 20 feet), another log stable (20 by 30 feet), a log dog house, three rectangular log corrals, and one circular log corral, as they were when Theodore Roosevelt occupied the place. The total cost for the land and buildings must not exceed $40,000.
