Funds may buy land for Guadalupe Mountains National Park and up to $24,715,000 may be used for park development. Development money cannot pay for improvements that conflict with wilderness care in the corridor to Guadalupe Peak’s summit. Extra funds may build a fence to protect the area added to the park.
