Creates Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts in the National Capital area to host performances, related education, and recreation. The Secretary of the Interior can set up, improve, run, and care for the park using parts of the donated Wolf Trap Farm and Symphony Hill and any extra land the Secretary gets by donation or purchase with donated or appropriated money, but the total area cannot exceed 145 acres.
