Summary

Money can be appropriated as needed to carry out the Act for fiscal years beginning after the fiscal year 1980. Contracts, payments, or spending under the Act need prior appropriation Acts and only the amounts those Acts approve.

(a)11 So in original. No subsec. (b) has been enacted. There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act for fiscal years beginning after the fiscal year 1980. No authority to enter into contracts or to make payments or to expend previously appropriated funds under this Act shall be effective except to the extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance in appropriation Acts.
