Creates a special process for certain joint resolutions that approve a President’s recommendation about an activity affecting a particular piece of land. The resolution must follow a specific form that names the activity, the land, and the date the President sent the recommendation. It may also include material about the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.). After introduction, the presiding officer sends all resolutions about the same recommendation to the same committee or committees. Unless the law says otherwise, the rules in section 719f(d) of title 15 apply.
