§3344 Construction with other laws

Summary

It does not take away or reduce federal, state, or tribal powers or duties over improving and managing natural resources or over controlling water, underwater land, or navigable waters. It also does not limit Congress’s power to approve and pay for projects. Nothing here replaces, changes, or cancels other laws that apply, unless the chapter itself says so.
