The Secretary of the Interior may accept ownership of a 4.828-acre piece of land in Bar Harbor, Hancock County, Maine. The land is owned by the Jackson Laboratory, a nonprofit based in Maine. The parcel sits along the south side of State Highway 3 (the road from Bar Harbor to Seal Harbor) and near the old Morrell Park Racetrack. Its exact borders are given by a series of marker points and measured distances. If the Secretary accepts the land, it will become part of Acadia National Park.
