The land in Hot Springs National Park at Central Avenue and Fountain Street where the hotel and bathhouse burned on April 5, 1923 must remain U.S. parkland when the lease ends March 6, 1932. The Interior Secretary must not lease it for a new hotel, bathhouse, or other building.
