February 27, 1920 (41 Stat. 452), entitled “An Act to authorize the Governor of the Territory of Hawaii to acquire privately owned lands and rights-of-way within the boundaries of the Hawaii National Park”, referred to in text, is act Feb. 27, 1920, ch. 89, 41 Stat. 452, which is classified to

August 8, 1917, and for other purposes’ ”, and was redesignated the Federal Power Act by
