Lets the Secretary of the Interior choose to accept ownership of lands for the United States that were bought for Shenandoah National Park and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Shenandoah purchases used $1,200,000 subscribed by the State of Virginia and the Shenandoah National Park Association of Virginia plus other contributions, and the Great Smoky Mountains purchases used $1,066,693 subscribed by the State of Tennessee, the Great Smoky Mountains Conservation Association, and Great Smoky Mountains (Incorporated) (North Carolina) plus other contributions.
