The Interior Secretary may accept donations of land or land interests in Tennessee to build a scenic parkway along and connected to Great Smoky Mountains National Park so people in Tennessee can see the park. The parkway’s right‑of‑way must average 125 acres per mile. Title must be acceptable to the Secretary; once accepted the land becomes park land under park rules.
