When the United States becomes the owner of the lands, buildings, and property in Revolutionary War sites around Morristown that the Secretary of the Interior chooses for park use, those places will be set aside as Morristown National Historical Park for the public. The United States may not buy these lands with government money; it can accept only public or private donations, and must include Jockey Hollow (owned by Lloyd W. Smith and the town of Morristown), Fort Nonsense (town of Morristown), and the George Washington Headquarters, the Ford House (Washington Association of New Jersey).
