On October 31, 1994, the Secretary must transfer the lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management that are shown on the maps in section 410aaa–22 to the National Park Service at no cost so they become part of the National Park System. The park’s boundaries will be changed to include those lands, and the Secretary must manage them under the same laws that apply to other national park units, including the law that created the National Park Service (approved August 25, 1916; 39 Stat. 535; 16 U.S.C. 1, 2–4).
