Federal agencies that do or support activities that directly affect the park or preservation district must, as much as possible, talk and work together with the Secretary and the Commission. They must carry out those activities so they follow the standards and criteria in section 410cc–32(e) and do not harm the park or preservation district’s resources. No agency may give a license or permit for activity inside the park or preservation district unless it decides the activity meets the section 410cc–32(e) standards and will not harm the resources.
