Limits visits to the settlement to no more than 100 people per day when patients want. Health care stays with the State of Hawaii, with help from federal programs not authorized in this law. Gives patients the first chance to provide visitor services like food, lodging, transport, tours, and guides. They may take fish and wildlife without regard to federal fish and game laws, and may take plants and natural resources for traditional uses under applicable State and Federal laws.
