The Secretary of the Interior must run the park under the laws that apply to national parks, including the acts of August 25, 1916, and August 21, 1935. The Secretary may get land inside the park by donation, by purchase with donated or appropriated funds, or by exchange, and may accept donations of money, property, or services from public or private sources. The Secretary must identify Guevavi, Calabazas, and Tumacacori as three separate park units and must use interpretive materials and other means to recognize Father Eusebio Francisco Kino’s role in developing the mission sites and settling the region.
