Creates the Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve at St. Croix, Virgin Islands to protect important national historical, cultural, and natural sites for people today and in the future. The park covers approximately 1015 acres shown on a map dated May 2, 2002 (map no. 141/80002). The map is on file and open to the public at the National Park Service, Department of the Interior, and at the Lieutenant Governor’s offices in St. Thomas and St. Croix.
