Run the park under this subchapter and the laws that apply to all National Park units, including the Act that created the National Park Service (approved August 25, 1916). The Secretary may accept donations of money, property, or services and may sponsor or join cooperative educational or cultural programs. The Secretary may identify other Miami Valley sites tied to the Wright brothers, aviation history, or Paul Laurence Dunbar. With the owners' consent, the Secretary may mark those sites, mention them in park materials, place signs on routes to park units, and provide information about Huffman Prairie Flying Field on Wright Brothers Hill, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
