Summary

Creates a Boston National Historical Park Advisory Commission. The Secretary must appoint three members from the Governor of Massachusetts’ recommendations, three from the mayor of Boston’s recommendations, and one member for each owner who has a cooperative agreement with the Secretary under section 410z–1. The commission ends ten years after the park is established. Open seats do not stop the commission. The Secretary fills vacancies the same way and names the chair. The commission acts by a majority vote. The Secretary or a designated person must meet with the commission at least twice a year. Members are unpaid, but the Secretary may pay reasonable expenses if the chair signs the vouchers.
