Under the 1935 Act (July 10, 1935; 49 Stat. 477), the National Park Trust Fund Board may accept $100,000 and any extra amounts the Saint‑Gaudens Memorial gives from its endowment. Money accepted must be used only for the Saint‑Gaudens National Historical Park created under this subchapter. This subchapter does not stop the Secretary of the Interior from accepting donations of property for the United States under other laws.
