§426 Stones River National Battlefield; establishment; appointment of commission

Summary
The Secretary of the Interior must appoint three people to serve on a commission. One must be a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, one must be a Civil War veteran who served honorably in the military forces of the United States, and one must be a Civil War veteran who served honorably in the military forces of the Confederate States of America.

A commission is created, to be composed of the following members, who shall be appointed by the Secretary of the Interior: (1)
(2)A veteran of the Civil War who served honorably in the military forces of the United States; and
(3)A veteran of the Civil War who served honorably in the military forces of the Confederate States of America.
