The Secretary of the Interior may transfer to Vicksburg for school use a park tract of three and one‑tenth acres, more or less, and may transfer to the Mississippi State Highway Commission a park tract of one and thirty‑two hundredths acres, more or less. Each tract is under a permit that can be canceled. In return, the city and the commission must give the United States, from among tracts 199, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, and 216 on map numbered NMP–VIC–7007, land or interests they agree are approximately equal in value.
