If the Secretary of the Interior removes federal park lands by order, control goes to the Secretary of Agriculture to use and dispose under title III and related title IV of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act (7 U.S.C. 1010 et seq.). Lands once reserved from the public domain are subject to mining and mineral-leasing laws, and transfers must be shown by patents from the Secretary of the Interior.
