Allows the Oglala Sioux Tribe to transfer up to 40 acres on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation to the Secretary of the Interior so permanent buildings can be made to explain the park’s natural features and Sioux history. The transfer cannot happen until 60 days after the transfer terms are sent to the House and Senate Interior and Insular Affairs Committees.
