The Secretary may keep and run a museum at Harpers Ferry in an existing or newly built building, and accept items for display on behalf of the United States. The Secretary may build roads and other facilities and mark historic spots inside Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. The Secretary may also run or hire an interpretive shuttle service among lands acquired under sections 450bb to 450bb–2, subject to the Act of June 7, 1974, and on terms he finds will best meet those purposes.
