Title 16 › Chapter CHAPTER 1— - NATIONAL PARKS, MILITARY PARKS, MONUMENTS, AND SEASHORES › Subchapter SUBCHAPTER LXI— - NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL MONUMENTS AND MEMORIALS › § 450y–1
The National Park Service, under the Secretary of the Interior, must promote and manage the Coronado National Memorial so people in the United States can enjoy it. The 1916 National Park Service law governs those actions when it does not conflict with sections 450y to 450y–4. The Park Service may not do any recreation or other development in the 60-foot strip north of the U.S.–Mexico boundary set aside by the President on May 27, 1907, unless the Secretary of State gives prior approval.
