Summary

Up to $22,162,000 can be used to buy land and land interests and up to $24,224,000 for development; extra funds as needed can be provided for land and submerged land at Cat Island, Mississippi.

(a)There are authorized to be appropriated not more than $22,162,000 for the acquisition of lands and interests in lands and not more than $24,224,000 for development.
(b)In addition to the funds authorized by subsection (a), there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to acquire land and submerged land on and adjacent to Cat Island, Mississippi.
